Altar Servers

For young people who have made their first holy communion. Adult servers are also welcome, particularly during the week. If you wish to begin serving you should speak to the priest after mass who will introduce you to a server who will be able to help or attend an altar server training day.

St Stephen Altar Server Guild Mass

On Saturday 17th March 2007 at St Thomas's many of the parish's altar servers attended the St Stephen's Guild Mass.

During the service we enrolled 15 young altar servers into the guild. We also awarded 8 altar servers their Laurel Leaves Medals for 3 years service in the guild.

Two Silver Medals were also presented for 10 years service as well as a special Medal of Merit to Mr Frank Quick for over 20 years service.
